Yes. Every creation is made exclusively for you after your order is confirmed. Our pieces are handcrafted with intricate embroidery and finished through a careful process of tailoring and fitting. As we do not carry ready stock, production time is an essential part of the BespokeByShagun experience.

Pieces from the collections displayed on our website take 6 to 8 weeks from the date measurements and design details are finalized. Fully customized pieces take 9 to 10 weeks. We’ll confirm an exact date at the time of booking.
It’s recommended for bridal consultations, so we can understand your vision and take accurate measurements — you’re welcome to visit our atelier in Nawabgunj, or view select pieces at Ole Couture in Mehrauli or Shahpur Jat, New Delhi. For outstation or international brides, we also work over video call — measurements are guided remotely, and your embroidery and finished look are shared with you over close-up WhatsApp video and reels through the process.
Yes — customization is at the heart of what we do. Share your vision during your consultation (in person, on call, or via WhatsApp) and our design team will work with you on fabric, embellishment, and silhouette choices.
Reach out via the Home enquiry form, WhatsApp, or by booking an appointment. A 50% advance payment is required to begin production once the design and measurements are finalized.
An advance of 50% is required to confirm your order and begin production. The remaining balance is due once you’ve approved close-up WhatsApp reels of your look, embroidery, and measurements — and is payable before dispatch.
As each piece is made specifically for you, cancellations are not accepted once an order is booked. Minor fitting adjustments are accepted within one week of receiving your piece — see our Returns & Exchange policy for details.
Yes — we ship worldwide to all countries. Domestic shipping within India is free. International shipping is available and chargeable, with costs confirmed at the time of order based on destination. See our Shipping Policy.
