By using the BespokeByShagun website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.
Made-to-Order Nature of Products
All products are handcrafted and made to order following confirmation of design, embellishment, and measurement details. Production timelines are estimates and may vary.
Pricing
All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation will be honored.
Payment
An advance payment of 50% is required to confirm and begin production on any order. The remaining balance is due before dispatch, once you’ve approved close-up WhatsApp reels of your look, embroidery, and measurements.
Intellectual Property
All designs, embroidery patterns, photographs, and content on this website are the property of BespokeByShagun and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
While we take utmost care in production and shipping, BespokeByShagun is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (courier delays, customs holds, force majeure events).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
