Every piece is handcrafted after your enquiry is confirmed — nothing is kept as ready stock. Collection pieces take 6–8 weeks from the date measurements and design are finalized; fully customized pieces take 9–10 weeks. A 50% advance confirms your order and begins production.
For clients visiting the atelier, measurements are taken in person. For outstation and international brides, we send a measurement guide and do a video fitting; your embroidery and finished look are shared over close-up WhatsApp reels before dispatch.
